Crystals depict richness and inherent energy, capturing the spirit of life. The conceptual design is based on the ever-changing and multi-faceted forms of the crystal – rhythmic, stylish and avant-garde – mirroring the diverse commercial, entertainment, relaxation and cultural activities happening within the Zhuhai Commercial & Cultural Centre. The design calls for cohesion between architecture and nature, capturing the essence of the ever-changing crystal and using the idea of ‘crystal’ and ‘light’ as unique architectural features. The light that scintillates off the architecture projects a moving, artistic dance of light and illusion, bringing out the lively nature of the design and reflecting the harmonious and energetic image of Zhuhai.
